Anniversary That Came and Went

I realized recently that February 21 had come and gone. I also realized that I didn't think of the child that was due on that date in 2000. I got through that miscarriage milestone for the first time in 7 years without it bothering me. I'm assuming a lot of it is due to the medicine I've been on.

I hope I can get through July 12 as easily. That always hits me a bit harder anyway. July 12 was the day I was told by the doctor (not my doctor, btw) that the pregnancy wasn't viable. I then proceeded to go another 10 days before I actually passed the baby. In those 10 days I was on the phone with the OB's office and my GP trying to get them to test my HCG numbers again. Neither would do it. I was still convinced they were wrong. I was still feeling the pregnancy symptoms. 10 days later, I was finally convinced. *sigh*
